CARE Moments is powered by artificial intelligence. When you submit a message, it is transmitted securely to Anthropic PBC (based in the United States) via our technology infrastructure to generate a response.

Anthropic's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy, available at anthropic.com/privacy. We take reasonable steps to ensure Anthropic handles your information in a manner consistent with the APPs.
Nothing. Crib Shift does not log, store, or retain any conversation content from CARE Moments. When your session ends, your inputs and the responses generated are not held by us in any form.
Nobody except you. Your employer cannot see what you type into this tool. There is no employer dashboard, no individual usage reporting, and no mechanism by which any organisation can access or attribute conversation content to an individual user.
CARE Moments may be used to discuss topics that touch on health, pregnancy, or personal circumstances. If you include sensitive information of this kind in your messages, it is subject to the same handling described above — processed to generate a response and deleted within 30 days by Anthropic, with no retention by Crib Shift. We encourage you to share only what is necessary to get the guidance you need.
